BAND-IT® AE cable ties are made from high-quality acid-resistant stainless steel AISI 316 / 316 SS. They are designed to withstand extreme mechanical stress, corrosion, UV radiation and chemicals in applications where traditional plastic cable ties are not durable enough.
The ties are available either uncoated, AISI 316, or with a special PPA 571 coating, which protects cable sheaths from abrasion and prevents galvanic corrosion. Thanks to its innovative buckle mechanism, the BAND-IT AE cable tie can be opened and reused, making it a highly economical and durable choice for industrial installation and maintenance work.

BAND-IT Ties made from acid-resistant stainless steel provide a fast, durable and safe solution for bundling low-, medium- and high-voltage cables, pipes and hoses. They are designed to ensure excellent strength, long-lasting fastening durability and reliable performance even in the most demanding industrial conditions.
Corrosion-resistant steel ties with a releasable locking structure are suitable for both onshore and offshore installations. They perform reliably in the process industry, electrical and substation installations, power plants, mines and ATEX-classified explosive atmospheres.

BAND-IT-johdinsiteet ovat korkealuokkaisesta haponkestävästä teräksestä (AISI 316) valmistettuja teräsnippusiteitä sähkö-, instrumentointi- ja teollisuuskaapeleiden sekä letkujen ja putkien luotettavaan kiinnittämiseen. Ne tarjoavat poikkeuksellisen mekaanisen kestävyyden ja säänkeston teollisuus-, meri- ja offshore-kohteissa, joissa muoviset kiinnikkeet haurastuvat tai vaurioituvat.
Kyllä. BAND-IT AE -johdinsiteet on suunniteltu uudelleenkäytettäviksi. Niiden integroitu, patentoitu solkijärjestelmä mahdollistaa lukituksen avaamisen ja siteen uudelleenkiristämisen ilman materiaalin rikkoutumista. Tämä tekee niistä käytännöllisen ja kustannustehokkaan ratkaisun kohteissa, joihin tehdään kaapelimuutoksia tai säännöllistä huoltoa.
Siteet voidaan asentaa käsin ilman erikoistyökaluja. Ammattikäytössä ja toistuvissa asennuksissa suosittelemme kuitenkin BAND-IT AE2009- tai C07569 (Bantam) -kiristystyökaluja, joilla varmistetaan tasainen vetolujuus, nopea asennusrytmi ja siisti katkaisu.
