BFC pumps are positive displacement gear pumps suitable for transferring lubricating and viscous liquids. They are designed to handle liquids that do not contain solids or abrasive substances.
These pumps are self-priming and can be used across a wide viscosity range. With this pump model, the viscosity of the pumped medium can be 1-1,000 cSt. The rotational speed is selected according to the viscosity of the liquid. This pump series is available for flow rates of 2-70 l/min.
The pump has a block-type construction and uses a standard electric motor. The pump casing and electric motor are connected with a coupling housing, and power transmission is handled through a coupling. This makes the structure very compact, while spare parts management and maintenance remain easy because the electric motor is a standard model. The solution is practical and cost-effective.
The standard pump material is a cast iron casing with carbon steel gears and shaft. A bronze version and an acid-resistant stainless steel version are also available.
