IF pumps are positive displacement gear pumps suitable for transferring low-viscosity liquids. They are designed to handle liquids that do not contain solids or abrasive substances.
These pumps are self-priming and can be used across a wide viscosity range. The maximum viscosity can be approximately 1,000 cSt, while the lowest viscosity is around 1 cSt or slightly below. The rotational speed is selected according to the viscosity of the liquid. This pump series is available for flow rates of 2-70 l/min.
The IF pump model is suitable for higher system pressures and can therefore be used in systems up to 25 bar.
The pump has a block-type construction and uses a standard electric motor. The pump casing and electric motor are connected with a coupling housing, and power transmission is handled through a coupling. This makes the structure very compact, while spare parts management and maintenance remain easy because the electric motor is a standard model. The solution is practical and cost-effective for applications that require higher system pressure resistance.
The standard pump material is duplex steel, with acid-resistant stainless steel available as an option.
