The manufacturer DELLMECO air-operated diaphragm pump with a plastic body. The pump body components are machined from solid plastic, ensuring excellent wear resistance. Various body material options allow pumping of almost all substances. Diaphragm pumps are also suitable for pumping highly viscous media. The pumps are self-priming and the flow rate is very easy to adjust. The simple pump design keeps maintenance costs low. By choosing a durable PTFE diaphragm, longer continuous operation can be achieved.
Also available for ATEX environments with ATEX 2G classification. In the ATEX version, the material used is electrically conductive plastic.
DELLMECO diaphragm pumps are supplied as standard with BSP threaded connections. The pumps are also available with flange connections (PN10, PN16).
The pump can also be supplied with split suction and discharge connections. In this configuration, it is possible to pump two different substances at the same time. Both liquid chambers are equal in size, resulting in a 1:1 output on both strokes.
