The DOSEURO “Sandwich” style hydraulic diaphragm dosing pump is designed for applications that require accurate dosing and a sealed construction. The integrated safety valve protects the diaphragm from overpressure.
Thanks to the pump’s “Sandwich” structure, meaning its double diaphragm construction, diaphragm monitoring is available as an optional accessory. If the diaphragm breaks, the sensor sends a signal and stops the pump. This prevents the pumped liquid from leaking outside the pump, making the pump highly suitable for toxic liquids.
Several material options are available, ensuring suitability for acidic and alkaline liquids, as well as liquids containing small amounts of solids. Dosing is adjusted mechanically by changing the stroke length, by changing the motor frequency or with mA control.
The pump can also be equipped with multiple pump heads, and the flow of each pump head can be adjusted separately. Dosing accuracy is excellent within the 10 to 100% adjustment range. The pumps are equipped with an IEC standard motor.
