The DELLMECO SEMI DMS pump series is designed specifically for the semiconductor industry. The pumps are assembled and tested with deionized water in an ISO 5 cleanroom (class 100) and packaged in vacuum.
All parts in contact with the liquid in SEMI T and SEMI H pumps are made from PTFE and TFM materials. In the SEMI E pump, the body parts that come into contact with the liquid are made from UPPE (ultra-pure polyethylene).
For this reason, it must always be verified that the pump material is suitable for the liquid being pumped. The pumps contain no metal parts.
